F4U-1D Corsair by Dave Ball

Member Dave Ball built this Tamiya 148 scale F4U-1D Corsair. Dave built the model stock out-of-the-box, with PE seatbelt, used Model Master paints and Barracuda decals. The model is of Lt. Col. Don Yost’s aircraft that he flew for VMF – 351 off the aircraft carrier USS Cape Gloucester late in 1945.
