1917 Ford Model T MMGS
Member John Shimek built the RPM manufacturers Ford Model T MMGS (Motorized Machine Gun Squad) 1/72 scale kit, with a Part Photo Etch add on. John says: I added support structure to frame from wire and plastic rod, replaced the wheel spoke with PE, hood is PE and used MV Products lenses for lights. Cargo is from spares box, tarp under cargo is Apoxie Sculpt. Painted with MCW – Finishes WWI Khaki and weathered with AK Interactive, pastel chalk, Vallejo wash and MIG pigments. Model is 1 1/4 inches in length. USMC markings decals from an old set for 1/35 WWII Marines was used for vehicle as I found reference for USMC use of this vehicle in 1918. Hope you enjoy.
