Panzer III Ausf M 1/35 Scale

With all the aircraft that many of our members build, member John Shimek built this Tamiya 1/35 scale Mk III Ausf M Panzer to spice up the site. Of course our many aircraft members say its nice to see a ‘Target’ now and then. John built this old kit (manufactured in 1971) out of the box. The main gun was thinned to more proper dimensions on a lathe which turned out quite well. Gun barrels drilled out and kit decals used over the Vallejo paints. Oil washes and pigments were used for weathering. Corn stalks and pumpkins from JTT Scenery products. Enjoy the ‘Target’ guys.
