June 2013 Meeting

Our June 2013 meeting will be at the Cutler Realty on Monday, June 17 at 6:30 p.m. Our normal monthly business/topics will be discussed.

We have a Theme Contest scheduled for this month,– “Battle of Britain, 1939 – Dec. 7, 1941; sponsored by Larry Davis. There will also be a non-theme contest as well.

Hope to see you there and if you know someone interested in the hobby, invite them along.

Members Ed Kinney and Larry Davis are currently working on an Alclad II article for the website. When completed we will post on the web site for all to enjoy. Stay tuned.

Directions to Cutler Realty:
From the south, take I-77 north to Portage Rd., exit #111. Turn right on Portage and go to the 4th traffic light, which is Pittsburgh Rd. Turn left onto Pittsburgh, and at the next light turn right onto Applegrove. Go about a half mile and Cutler Realty will be on the left before you reach the next traffic light.
Alternate route: Take I-77 north to Shuffle Rd., exit #112. Turn right onto Shuffle Rd., then follow the directions below. Less traffic and fewer lights to deal with.

From the north take I-77 south to Shuffle Rd., exit #112. Turn right onto Shuffle Rd.; when it dead ends turn right onto Pittsburgh Rd. At the next traffic light turn left onto Applegrove. Go about a half mile and Cutler Realty will be on the left before you reach the next traffic light.

Heads up on our scheduled meeting for July!!!! We will meet at Ed Kinney’s house on Sunday July 14 at 1 PM. This is our annual AUCTION Meeting, so get those kits and items together that you want to sell off. More info forthcoming in our July Mtg announcement in June.
