February Mtg Date CHANGED ! Boy Scouts Troop 34 attending!

“Hey guys.
Just finalized with the boy scout troop leader of Boy Scout Troop 34, Buckeye Council for the details about our “show and tell” meeting.
The boy scouts meet on Wednesday, we of course meet on Monday. We decided that it would be easier for us to move our meeting to a Wednesday than it would be for them to move to Monday. So this months meeting will be on Wednesday the 23rd.
The boy scouts will come at our regular meeting time of 6:30.
I would like to show them all the types of models we do (aircraft, armour, cars, ships, scifi, gundun etc.) plus the different scales (1/72, 1/48 1/32, 1/35, 1/25, gundun etc.) that they come in, so bring several from your collection.
I will go to the church early and set up some extra tables for the models.
Since the scouts will be coming at about 6:30, we should start bringing in our models about 5:30ish.
If this doesn’t take that long and since we don’t have a theme for this month, we might be able to have a shorten version of our regular meeting with a non-theme contest.

Just to give you guys a heads up, the church ladies are all excited about this. Some of them are even talking about bringing cookies, treats and drinks.
