M18 Hellcat Tank Destroyer 1/76 Scale

Member John Shimek built this Resin 1/76 M 18 Hellcat kit by Milicast. The model depicts an M18 Hellcat as used by the 805th TD Bn in Bologna and Brenner Pass, Italy, June-August 1944. John added the following – metal 76mm main gun by ABER, wire gaurds around gun in turret, wire rod on roof of turret, steering levers and linkage rods and instrument console in drivers compartment, wire antenna and a LED light inside chassis crew compartment. The light uses a 3 Volt DC battery holder and switch powering a 3 volt LED ‘Nano’ bulb. The light came from Evan Designs and modeltrainssoftware.com . Enjoy.
