M50 ONTOS -‘The Thing’ 1/76 Scale

Member John Shimek built this 1/76 Matador Models – U.K. resin/white metal model of a USMC M50 ONTOS as used in Vietnam. Suspension/tracks, rifled barrels and rifle travel carriage were scratched built to replace kit parts. Painted Model Masters USMC Green on hull and Gunmetal Buffing Metalizer on rifle assembly. Markings for 3rd Marine Division 1969.
