April 2025 Meeting, Happy Easter to All

Here is the latest from our chapter resident Dave Ball … Hey guys,

It time for everyone’s favorite theme contest the Monogram/Revell pre 2000 .

Also the winners of the Jan, Feb. And Mar. Contests will be announced. 

As always there will be non-theme contest too.

Plus as talked about at the last meeting, anyone who has a model done by the late but great Ed Kinney is to bring them in so members who aren’t familiar with Ed’s talent can see how good Ed was.

The theme for this months meeting is – Monogram Pre-2000 sponsored by Dave Ball. As usual there will be a non theme contest as well.

The Theme for May 2025 is Anything Soviet sponsored by member Jim Kohan.

Former member Bill Weckell has uploaded pics of 40+ builds by Ed Kinney to the website. Not only was Ed a fantastic master at model building as many of us know but in Bill’s words “He was prestigious builder” and I couldn’t agree more. So enjoy the many memories of Ed.
